Make a Reservation Situated on the banks of Lake Killarney, Hillstone promises stunning sunsets with the opportunity to take it all in with a glass of wine from your personal Adirondack chair. Taking inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Auldbrass”, the uniquely modern, yet warm building creates the perfect setting for a fine meal. Features include our Shrimp Louie Salad with jumbo gulf shrimp, our Classic Cheeseburger with steak ground in house each morning, as well as our famous seasonally available Grilled Heirloom Artichokes.

Dining with Us:

We prefer to host experiences based on smaller, more intimate parties of two. If a reservation is not available for three or more guests, we may not be able to accommodate you. Kindly note, separate reservations made with the intent to create larger parties will not be served. While reservations are not available for our patio, we are happy to add your party to a first come, first serve waitlist for outdoor dining.

Attire Standards:

We consider tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire too casual for our restaurant. We ask gentlemen not to wear baseball caps in the dining room.
